Who is covered
This warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser of a new Scratch Art product and is not transferable. Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim.
Warranty period
Coverage begins on the original retail purchase date and continues for one (1) year.
What is covered
Really Smart Ideas LLC warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor residential use during the warranty period.
What we will do
If a covered defect is confirmed, the warrantor will, at its option, (1) repair the product, (2) replace it with the same or an equivalent product, or (3) refund the original purchase price. Repaired or replaced parts are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
What is not covered
- Normal wear, scratches, fading, or cosmetic changes that do not affect function
- Damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper storage
- Commercial use or unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Failure to follow installation instructions or use of unsuitable fasteners or wall surfaces
- Labor, removal, reinstallation, or shipping damage
How to obtain warranty service
Contact Really Smart Ideas LLC before returning the product. Provide your name, proof of purchase, a description of the problem, and photographs if requested. Return shipping is the purchaser’s responsibility unless the claim is covered, in which case return shipping will be paid by the company.

Limitations
Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited to one year. Really Smart Ideas LLC is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
